Right, but since he has no official power, since he's just supposed to be compiling reports on how to implement cost reductions at the administrative level, let's sit back and let him cook.

If he doesn't want us to sit back while he quietly works, if he seems to want us constantly engaged in his X posts and those posts are about items that require Congress to act, and therefore beyond his scope, we should start to doubt his dedication, or his sincerity, or both.

While I am sure there will be the need for congress to act, my impression is they will focus on those that were enacted without congress through past executive actions. This article should help.  I am in a wait and see mode to see how all this shakes out. Forecasting the future whether positive or negative is a slippery slope.
