He's only 58, that's not that old for a coach.  Some teams will like the experience over a younger coach.  I don't see his age being any draw back on if a team likes Monken or not and some might see it as a plus.

Just like that you've discounted your own (and others') [BLEEP] takes about the coaches here. Monken's offense is the same as last year and it's nothing more than "Run the ball or call a 'One read then Lamar runs around until something opens up' pass play." The 9 point difference is they have the best running back they've had since Jamal Lewis (maybe best in the NFL right now) and the best receivers Lamar has ever had to go along with their already really good offensive line. Players, not plays, my man.
