You're act like the Ravens offense was bad last year.  When you get a HOF RB your offense is going to be much better.  Nobody on here said players don't matter.  It's juts your [BLEEP] takes thinking coaching doesn't matter.  Everyone on has said it's the players and the coaching but you don't understand that.

No, coaching matters when the players are capable. Everyone is going to be ecstatic when Pederson gets fired, then they're going to lose their minds when the same thing happens the next three years as the next staff continues trying to make chicken salad out of Baalke's soft, mushy, chicken [BLEEP].
