I don't think so.  Probably not.

In the last year I've been in the men's room with a half dozen or more trans individuals dressed as both men and women. No one bothered them, and these were is rather rough public bars. Just one time did a trans person attempt to use the women's room and he was promptly directed to the men's room by a couple guys. Again, that was in a bar. It's really not that big a deal for men, it's substantially more important for women. Not that any of you guys defending this stuff care.
