Unorthodox suggestion: why not let Trevor himself call the plays for the rest of the season or at least for some series?
I'm somehow feeling that he may be limited by the offensive playcalling.
He may never be a world beater, no matter the playcaller but did he ever have altered a play on his behalf when needed? Can't think of any instances.
As a 4th year starter he should be at least capable of making his own decisions even if they are not the best. But in my opinion there is a lot of believe in him but not much confidence.
