I can see why these would be good for some situations but I'd just rather squat.

Back when I was in boot camp the bathrooms had both stalls with toilets and urinals. We came back from training one day and we all had to pee like crazy. By the time I got to the bathroom all the stalls were taken and a long line was formed. I looked at the urinal, stood in front of it and decided I could straddle it and do my business. It pays to be 5'10" with long legs. Lol.
