This is easy.
HEAD COACH Sorry. If your team goes 3-15 in your last 18 games...your defense is worse in the league, and has not been a physical defense for 2 seasons...and both your QBs look better in the no huddle offense than they do running the "system"...then you need to be gone. Baalke first... Defensive Tackle is starting to look pretty damn important too.
