So yeah, Skippy, I just told you the plan. And no, it's not a Baalke Analysis, it's the simple facts of the cap, roster, and opportunity. And to REALLY get you going, it's likely that Tugboat just moves into the spot and they don't invest serious capital into right guard either. They carry Pillow Fort or draft a center and Javon Foster is the utility guy playing RT and the Guard sports with a Hance'CVL type as the last guy on the roster. Call for whatever you want, it has no bearing on what they actually do.

You've basically just accepted that the Baalke plan is just gonna have to do.  Coming from a guy that has been insanely critical of our current GM.  You're just accepting that the status quo is just gonna have to do.  

We should not resign ourselves to this ineptitude.  Though I guess we should all just embrace the inevitable.  I figured you'd be one that would be the most vocal about a rebuild of the interior lines (Both offensive and defensive).

We have money tied to some of our O-Line, but that doesn't mean we can't make moves to correct the problems we have.  Other teams turn these types of things around.  The reason we never do is because we never have the sense of urgency to fix things.  Trevor's health over the last 2 years should make it crystal clear that the priority to to fully upgrade the interior O-Line.

Clearly you haven't read what I've been writing for the last 8 months, I guess you just interpret it however you want. I'm telling you that the tackles are now set, the left guard is set, the Center will likely only change if Morse falls off a cliff the next month, and the current right guard isn't under contract next year. We will (hopefully) invest in a center and guard in the offseason but it's not a given as we have a couple young guys already here in Hodges and Foster. I'm not gonna think that what I think matters a whit to anyone in the Jags Front Office; they haven't listened to me for two years, why would Baalke change course now?
