Nah. He got publicity and she got a lesson.  He'll bounce and she...well, she got those Just Desserts.

He got a bit more than that since he actually assaulted her. He's no facing charges and will have that to deal with, along with the potential for a civil suit since he was the one who attacked her. She was dumb for taking it this far, but he went the extra level dumb of doing what he did.

Again, how is it acceptable to answer your door and pepper spray someone?

Here's a link to a more detailed description of what allegedly occurred. This looks more and more like assault. Pushing someone down the stairs, Breaking their phone. Macing them. All in response to words. Yeah, that's not how we roll.
