I don't think it is one or the other, they are both good.

Miller continues to be what he is, a run stuffing linebacker who gets abused in coverage. He was a good value pick for a second ILB in a 34 scheme, but he's not going to reach his potential in a 43. There's just not enough speed there to be that sideline to sideline guy in the middle, he's not big enough to be a Sam, and he can't cover well enough to be a Will. He's a nice piece who will likely have a few more years bouncing around the League once he's done here after next year.
