Most in that situation absolutely do not take focus off the Super Bowl to go interview. It’s just a fact man.
Well that would also be wrong. It happens all the time. 

They interview BEFORE the SB but wait until after to make it official. There’s literally a period of time during the playoffs where assistants of teams in the playoffs can interview for HC openings.

Kyle Shannahan did it with the Falcons. Frank Reich with the Eagles. Kevin OcConnel and the Rams. Aaron Glenn and Ben Johnson interviewed last year during the playoffs.

Just a couple off the top of my head.
