I just don't think it's a good enough excuse really. This is the second year in a row now where your franchise QB has missed significant game time and we're seeing the same issues again for the second year in a row. There's a lack of cohesion and it feels like this team is too busy trying to find it's identity on a week-to-week basis.

Baalke has to go. Pederson has to go. Lawrence needs better structure around him on offense and this defense needs more discipline and horses up front to drive it down a line of success. Lastly, that front office needs a figurehead that can hold everybody accountable. 

For me, if I was in Khan's shoes? The moment Lawrence ate that concussion two weeks ago at home would have been the straw that broke the camel's back for me. He's been playing like that since Doug's been here and that's also a big part of coaching, and, Lawrence having to play [BLEEP] hero ball in every game is also on Baalke for not building a better roster and depth chart.
