Look dude. The number one rule when you're attempting to understand information is to ask yourself the question, "Compared to what?" When we look at Germany, there was a communist threat, where the left was aggregating state power, promising to make all things equal, and attempting to replace German identity with a universal identity. The people didn't like it, so they said if we're going to use state power, let's use it to quash this new threat and maintain German identity. However, they replaced any right wing, individualist principles to defeat the immediate and pressing threat which was the communists. The adopted LEFTIST ideas and values to do so, making them far, far left of your average American.

Now, if you want to say history is repeating itself, go ahead. I was warning about this in 2016 when Trump was running for the first time. I've always said there's a real threat of fascism with Trump. That's because you idiots keep letting our leftists move too far to the left. The only way to defeat that power is with state power.

If people can fall for trump , they can (and did) fall for a Hitler. I would hate to see what Americans would fall for if times were TRULY bad in America, as they were in Germany in the 1930s....

If you weren't some random cry hard that is only frequenting this board to whine about Trump, you would know that I have said as much about Trump. The conditions are similar enough to be concerned about the people looking for a strongman to stand against the forces that are dismantling their culture.
