Nazi Germany was very far from socialism, as was Fascist Italy, even though Mussolini started out as a socialist. In both cases, the super-rich went right on maintaining private super-riches. This is definitely not a good summary of historical political development in Germany after WWI up to the Nazi regime. Go review a reasonable textbook on it.
