You know... It's coaching.  I felt so bad for Lloyd on that play...  The coaching staff almost appears to put our players in the absolute worst positions.  I mean, what are you gonna do?

Did they coach Savage to go the wrong way or are the players just dumb? It's so weird how they really don't seem to know what's going on once they break the huddle. I think the Lloyd to Mike experiment blew up because the guy just has no instinct for the position. Once they moved him out of that role when Foye came back he started playing much better. I just don't think the "Hey, let's completely change the defensive scheme in one offseason" deal worked out with the FA class they brought in. They don't have the horses they need to collapse the middle and cover the outside, but Neilsen calls stuff oddly too.
