Sounds terrible, but would it be better if sunrise was at 9am and sunset at 6:15?

Babies from about 6 months to 3 years of age fall asleep based on their caregiver's routine but they wake up based on the sun. An adult with a child this age in the house will lose sleep if they let their own sleep routine be affected by the clock.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
