On the play that everybody is saying Lloyd was toasted up the seam, was a busted coverage by Darnell Savage. Lloyd was in trail tech, Savage’s responsibility was deep 3rds and he bit on the wrong guy. This left Lloyd in trail tech and he ain’t catching up to any receiver in the league with a 5 yard cushion.
I don’t know the rankings, but statistically speaking, Savage has to be the worst starting Safety in the league. |
