Whether that's forcing Pederson to move on from Taylor or clearly having indicate that he's the full time play caller on offense. Whether that's hiring a new EVP to oversee Baalke and Pederson for one more year to determine what the primary issue is, etc. Something needs to give. Agreed. It's not a good feeling. I expect Khan to take another classic half measure. I am willing to stomach Pederson being here in 2025 again, but, not sure I can stomach Pederson AND Baalke being back together in 2025. There needs to be a change somewhere. At the minimum, if you're going to keep both of them, he needs to hire an executive level position to evaluate the both of them in 2025 to determine if they need to restart in 2026.
