It suggests nothing of the sort to me. It suggests to me that Trump ran a campaign of hate, fear mongering and lies and was the master manipulator. Trump is a successful conman. Trump's recent win is the smallest lead in over 100 years for any presidential election. I'm not taking away his win, but he just barely won.
