You make a good point. The good teams constantly draft near the bottom but remain good teams. Look at the Rams who barely has had any draft picks the last few years and they are the 3 seed right now.

Actually...it's all about the coach and the QB.   The Rams have a great head coach, and their QB is one of the better throwers of the football in the league.   The coach designs plays for their best players.

Yes, they draft well...but the coach and the QB are why the Rams are a 3 seed.   Puka is used correctly.
