Or. He’s just letting the 2 clowns finish out the season and then he fires them both.

Or he's keeping them because he doesn't want to pay them the remaining years on their contracts without them having to work for it. Or he believes that there are extenuating circumstances to the outcome this year that they can correct. Or he just doesn't care and he's making plenty of money as it.
