Gabbert's biggest downfall is pocket presence and his fear of getting hit.

 

Bortles never demonstrated those tendencies.

 

To compare Bortles to Gabber is idiotic --- he could fail, as could any other QB in the draft, but not for the same reasons Gabbert failed.
