And Cole Van Lanen was the highest rated OLman in the Preseason but it took a trade and 2 serious injuries to even get him on the field. I guess he was doing some undefined behavioral thing or something too, right? Lol.

Oh come one, dude.  It's clear that the team doesn't know how to utilize the talent it has.  Wingard has seen no playing time until recently, even though he was also healthy.

You said in another comment that you hope Armstead will be utilized better.

But pointing out that Smith was a healthy scratch is muckracking?

This coaching staff hasn't been good at using our players in the right position for 2 years now.  It's not crazy to think that we are waisting good players.  So Maason Smith was a health scratch for the first 3 months of the season because he was too fat?  All while our entire D was looking like they were lost?  They couldn't use our 2nd Rounder that was expected to start, just because he was too fat?  That's just silly.

He said Smith was scratched for a disciplinary reason. I said Smith wasn't ready to play then he got injured, as rookies, especially Baalke's picks usually aren't (see Strange, B., Bigsby, C.) He said the Smith looked good in preseason, I said so did CVL who also wasn't playing. So you can stuff it; there was no conspiracy, no fight between GM and HC, just a rookie who wasn't ready to go in September and didnt earn his way into the rotation until recently. Hopefully that's past us as it is with the other guys who had unproductive early campaigns.
