At 9:30, he also says "What I do know from Mark Brunell who is obviously a 100% reliable source, is that Ben Johnson wants this job if it becomes available."

Ben Johnson is INTERESTED in Jacksonville Jaguars' HC Job | What Happens Now?

He wants the job = He wants to use it as leverage for negotiating max compensation from whoever
