I think him coming out and say this is just him saying he wasnt that picky like the reports were saying and he would have taken the job regardless if it was offered.

This is him trying to get back into football. He's basically been locked out of coaching, it's been reported, because of his ego/attitude. The league seems to all think he did exactly what was reported. The fact that he hasn't been employed since being fired does point to an ego problem where he wouldn't take a position coaching role and look to learn.

Before the last month, I would say if the board was down, there was a great chance someone was fired. Now the board is down more than up, so just look for the news somewhere else.
