Rooney Rule or not. Aaron Glenn is a solid candidate. Would prefer Brian Flores over him though since he has the previous coaching experience, would be capable of fixing the worst defense in the NFL and probably bring in a no nonsense approach to this team that wasn't nearly as passive aggressive as Doug Pederson appeared to be.

If we're looking at Baalke's contract expiring anyway in 2026? Why not give Flores a crack at it? He needs another shot I feel and he would be willing to suffer Baalke for a year at the minimum.
