 Im not looking at positions though enless we have to players rated equal, we have a need at every position honestly.  We need to take whoever we feel is the BPA and the top guy on our board.

Starks and Egbuka are good picks in this scenario in my opinion. I think Safety is an interesting position in this class. If you don't get a guy in RD1 or RD2 you might be in trouble this year by RD3. For example, if we go EDGE or RG in RD2? The odds that Watts and Winston Jr. are there early in RD3 seem unlikely in my opinion. 

Emmanwori will end up on a play off team on the opening night of the draft. More than likely in the NFC North. I could see the Vikings or Packers getting him at some point.

Egbuka quietly carved out a nice career with the Buckeyes. He's 1st all time in school history now in receiving yards and 2nd all time in receptions. Having him as a solid #2 is ideal in my opinion. Just seems to find ways to get open at times and tends to at least produce and put up numbers and every contest. He also played with three different QB's. Stroud, McCord and Howard.

In the last 6 years there has been only 1 safety go in the 1st round, Kyle Hamilton.  Brian Branch was an elite prospect imo and went at 45.  I wouldnt be shocked if Starks fell to the 2nd.  Its possible but I dont think 2 safties go in the 1st this year. Agreed we need to get one in the 2nd though.  I think you see a few go in the 2nd.  Really the only difference between the Texans great D and our D other than coaching this their secondary.  The have an All Pro corner and 2 good safties. We can do that in FA and the draft.  

On Ebuka, hes a good great career because of longevity which is important, but I just cant see drafting him in the teens with what will be available. I wouldnt draft a WR 2 in the teens.  If there was a WR 1 sitting there id be good with it but this draft is weak at WR imo.  If we trade back to the teens im thinking one of the pass rushers.  There are a lot of good pass rushers in this draft even if there are not the elite prospects.  With our 2nd pick edge would be a great spot too.  Sawyer or Tuimoloau would be great there, they dominated Texas's oline who some think is great lol.  Both of Georgia's edges as well along with Scouron and Pierce.  I think one of the pass rushers fall to the mid 2nd and my hope is we trade up from the 3rd.  All 6 of those edges along with Mike White would be an amazing 3rd edge player for us and what we have been missing.  That might be the deepest position in the 1st 3 rounds or so to where we can finally get our 3rd edge if we dont get one in FA.  Both Sawyer and JT were 5 star recruits and came back just to win a championship and probably will, I like that about them.

I like getting 5 star recruits that have been the best at what the do their whole life. High School, college, etc.  

Sawery and JT are probably 1 and 2 for me and then both Georgia guys.

 I love getting the guys that have been the best forever.  If I have 2 guys rated equal and 1 was a 2 or 3 star recruit and the other was a top 5 prospect and has been the best in his class his whole life that could be the tie breaker for me, the better rectuit.

Big time players make big time plays in big time games. When Jack Sawyer got the sack fumble on Ewers and picked up the ball to run it back for a TD to close out the Texas vs Ohio State game playoff game that just moved him much higher on my board and id love to get him with our 2nd round pick. JT as well.
