I don't even see the appeal in Brady.  Being a great player doesn't mean that you will be good in the front office.  Bowers is a great player, but that wouldn't be remotely enough to make me want to go to the Raiders.  They don't have a quarterback and aren't drafting high enough to get one. You are then in the same division with the best team in the NFL and two other very good teams.  Jacksonville is a much more attractive job.
