He has a high floor but the ceiling is at the save level. If you take the 2 super bowl appearances away, because of a QB, he is 3-10. That isn't coaching raising the level of play.

A supposed great HC, he can't get a QB to sign with him, can't get the GM to get a good QB. Why would the Jags want a coach like that? It's admitting you are fine not winning the super bowl. I guess it may better to win more games but that just makes you get more upset when they lose in the playoffs.

The Jags might as well stay with losing coaches and you can free up Sundays by mid Oct.
