Don't want him coming down here, bringing a bunch of that dysfunctional Jets staff down here. No thanks!

What about bringing him in to get outsider perspective on your team? 

I remember reading about teams doing that in the past. 

Also doesn't interviewing him also help meet the Rooney rule?

A group interview thing with multiple candidates there at once would be fascinating in an NFL context. But I doubt any of them would do that.

I remember one of the med school's I interviewed at did that. It was excruciating.
