These are two first-time head coaches, neither with head coaching experience at any level. Someone said here (I can't quite remember who) that if the Jags hire a first-timer, they will keep Balke.  Looking prescient.

It sounds like either one would be a good hire.  I would hope that whoever they do hire insists on bringing in his own GM.

Interesting indeed. I just read that Khan and Baalke are set to interview Brian Flores this Friday as well.

He could bring his own GM, but if Baalke is doing the interviews then that's not on.  Flores is DOA before he even walks into the room.
