He may be, but I have seen all the playoff QB's do basically the same thing. This time of year they will all ham it up or seek any edge they can. Really?  If you're comparing those two hits then you're talking nonsense.  Yes, he hit Mahomes under his chin...directly in his chest.  There was no head snapback indicating that his arm rose.  The second one Mahomes scrambled, scrambled, then ducked just before he was tackled...and the helmet to helmet was between the two defenders.  Finally, watch the going out of bounds play, he literally stopped at the sideline trying to draw the penalty before he took a monstrous flop.

Have other QBs done it, maybe, but certainly not to that level.  To take rulings that are meant to protect a QB and trying to use them to get positive yards off of a penalty is going to result in bad things.
