Dude is 11-41 as a HC. He is a great DC but not HC material.

I wanted O'Connell when we hired Doug. This time I don't know tbh, I have not watched much football lately. I think Johnson was the only guy who looked good imo.

Worst hires would be Saleh or Spagnuolo.

I would honestly take McCarthy over them and I don't even like him that much. I saw a comparison with Tomlin and they are pretty much the same guy (results wise)
I feel like Joe Brady I think could be great or terrible
Brian Flores, I dislike the guy but I think he could be better than Monken, Coen, Glenn, Spagnuolo or Saleh
2 guys that I would interview would be Anthony Weaver and Josh McCown

I just know Khan will probably make the worst hire anyway... and with Baalke here I don't think it matters much.
