Correct, I am a huge proponent of permanent expulsion for those who violate our immigration law. Anyone we deport never gets the change to return.

Yea !!!  I am glad the judge blocked it.  We need to get this appeal process moving ! As it is it will take at least a year to get it where we want itto get in the process.
