What's your point? That Trump is not the deal make he always claimed? You denigrate Zelensky but don't even indicate what the "deal" involved?  

Recall that Trump was the guy who held back the weapons that Congress had already approved, saying to Zelensky, "I would like you to do us a favor though." Of course, by "us," he meant "him" -- a personal, political favor to falsely defame his presumed political opponent.

They weren't negotiating at the point that the yelling started. It started when President Trump said the war started in 2022.  Zelensky attempted to correct him that it started in 2014.  Then they went back and forth for a minute about the significance of the various events between 2014 and 2022, with Trump getting more irritated about being corrected, before Vance broke it up and called the whole thing disrespectful. 

Frankly it was disrespectful for Trump to insist he knew more about the events of the war then a man who was there for all of them and who presided over half of them.  But Zelensky didn't say "you're disrespecting me." His skin is thicker than Trump's.
