This was a loss for Trump, bottom line.

Roberts and Barrett are not going to change their position on this. They are going to leave it to the lower court to decide what the Trump Administration must do.


And basically, Alito is admitting that he is full of [BLEEP] in his dissent. How can Trump block payment for work already completed? He cannot. --
