First, every time Trump brings it up the Arab countries freak out. They move towards getting involved and solving the issue on their selves. The last thing any Arab country wants is a large scale US presence in Gaza. I believe the Iranian leaders had to be resuscitated twice so far. He is making it clear. If the US has to solve this issue they will need to take in these radicalized people from the open air prison they are in and pay for the repairs. If the US is going to spend any money there will need to be return on that investment.

1) Iran is not an Arab country.
2) Most Arab countries already have US military presence in them and it's not high on their list of concerns either way.

There is a mythology in many of these countries that their reason to exist as independent countries is to help their Palestinian brothers liberate their land.  Some of them accept Israel's right to exist in some of the land formerly know as Palestine, but none of them are ready to accept moving additional Palestinians off of traditionally Palestinian land at this time, even after all the war.  The idea of it goes against too much of what they've believed about themselves and been fighting for all this time.

In Lebanon and Jordan they have Palestinian camps that have become permanent settlements over the 70 years but the government still tells them, "this is not your home, do not mix with us, be prepared to leave when we finally make the Israelis give you a permanent place to live."
