We all actually agree about Trump's personality around here. We all say he's a shallow, stubborn narcissist who doesn't understand most issues deeply, although he's very skilled at showmanship and relatability.

We just disagree about if it's good to have such a man as President.

You forgot the Saudis.  Maybe it's just a plot to scare people away from electric cars.

BTW, I haven't heard any Republicans express hatred of Musk.  Isn't that an odd coincidence?

Nobody really hated the guy until he got into politics.  People thought he was overrated, but they didn't hate him. 

Speaking of scaring people away from electric cars, there is a bill advancing in the Florida legislature which would allow towing companies to triple the rate they charge to electric cars as compared to gas cars. In the previous session, they made a law that overturned any county or city ordinance that might have required a charging station at a new development. 

So yes there are definitely Republicans that hate electric cars.
