I'm not sure what we are disagreeing about. 
I agree Republicans don't hate Musk personally, I'm just saying that up to about four months ago, Democrats didn't either.  
Many Republicans do dislike Tesla, and electric cars in general.  
The Florida Legislature, for all of its inadequacies, does a pretty good job of putting its stuff online and making it easy for Google to find.  The bill about charging stations is already law.  The one about towing is Senate Bill 872.  It is out of committee and likely to pass.

You made the ridiculous and unsupported claim that the violence against Tesla/Musk was not political retribution.  I called you out on it, and you've been backpedaling ever since. 

Gosh, what happened about four months ago to make Democrats suddenly hate the guy?  Are you finally admitting the hatred and violence are politically motivated? 

FYI, there are far greater potential risks and clean-up costs associated with electric vehicles, than with gas.  The bill prevents price gouging by setting maximum rates, thereby protecting owners and insurance companies.  Despite what you've been spoon-fed by the leftist media and told to believe, it's not about Republicans disliking Tesla or electric cars.
