I am saying if nearly 90% of all people that seek therapy are liberals, then would it not be safe to say that nearly 90% of his patients are liberals?  

You are so finite in your conclusions when a conservative viewpoint is at question.  He is either unethical for discussing politics or lying.  Period!  No room for discussion!  Yet when a question concerning a liberal viewpoint you bounce around like Sonic The Hedgehog.  I actually agree with you though, 9 out of 10 sounds high but 3 out of 4 sounds plausible to me.
