I mostly did a few posts up...for his size (or lack thereof) he just needs to stand out or show where he fits in some other way like Beckham, Cooks, Landry, Ellington etc. do...and he just doesn't. He isn't very fast, he has average explosive traits, he was often hurt, he is not a consistently good route runner, and he has just about the worst drop % in this class.    

 

The only possible plus trait that I see him having is short area quickness/elusiveness, if he has the ball in his hands in space he is dangerous. 

 

To me he is a fringe top 10 WR, and I wouldn't be considering him whatsoever if he was available at 39. 

 

EDIT: Yes I should say this lackluster evaluation was surprising to me when I sat down and did my WR studies too. I expected him to challenge for the #1 WR in this class coming into the year like everyone else, but he just didn't prove up to the task. So many other guys with equal or better athleticism and much better size and/or hands to be had in this draft.
