I love Moncrief. I don't have a problem putting him down as the 3rd best WR behind Watkins and Evans.

 

First of all, he has terrific physical traits at 6'2" 221, 4.40 40, and 39" vert. Physically speaking, he's a Jimmy Smith clone.

 

He is a legit threat from anywhere on the field. Youtube cut-ups show him taking hitches and post patterns the distance after making a defender miss and out-running the others. He's also adept at making plays down the field, not only catching sideline routes in stride over the shoulder, but also going up and out-muscleing defenders for 50/50 lobs. He might need some work on the intricacies of route-running, but he might be the best combination of height-weight-speed in this draft, while coupling his physical tools with innate receiving skills.
