Also, this is completely different than Monroe's situation. Monroe was in a contract year and he was struggling in our new system, whether it was from lack of effort or skill, I'm not sure. Blackmon struggled for like a few weeks as a rookie and has been a really good player since. Also, he's not in any kind of contract year.
