Unless there is some credible evidence the NFLPA wouldn't allow it. A statement from some person,especially one who was admittedly under the influence, would not be considered credible evidence.

 

This isn't "some random person," this is someone who has been intimate with him in the past.  Her statements are sworn.  They will do their own investigation as well.  They are well within their right to use their own discretion in putting them in the program.

 

Remember, the program was designed to ease them in.  They aren't being punished at the first step, just more scrutinized.

 

If you don't think an incident like this may result in more scrutiny, then you're more naive than you've ever proven to be before.
