That would be like me telling the police that you are hitting bongs in your living room. Do you think that would give them the right to search your house?

 

They may question you about it but all you would have to do is deny it and if there is nothing to corroborate my story, it would be dropped.

 

People lie. You can't violate someones rights or move someone up in a progressive disciplinary process based solely on one persons word, especially if you have multiple people to deny it.
