The random drug tests for recreational drugs only occurs between April 20 - August 9 unless that person is already in the substance abuse program.

It would be a violation of the contract to do so otherwise. They couldn't even legally test them for over a week from now.

 

It kind of makes you wonder how stupid these guys have to be to get caught.
