Focus on winning games??? Wut???  Sorry but at this point of this year, the focus should not be on winning games... The focus should be on getting better, yes....but all winning games does for us at this point is hurt our chances to finally get a player in the draft that could really make a significant difference. 

 

I guess you enjoy being mired in the mediocrity that this team has been stuck in over the last decade.....because if we don't get the at least one of the top 2 selections in the draft, theres a pretty good chance that more of the same will continue for this franchise.

 

If you don't think the team's focus is on winning games you obviously did not read the article on NFL.com that specifically states that is all they are thinking about right now. I based that comment on that article and did not make any stupid assumptions.

You are wrong about what winning games does. It is certainly possible to get the top pick or repeat as the #2 overall pick if he trade up from 3, 4, or 5. With extra picks from Baltimore in rounds 4 and 5, we would still have more than seven picks. Although it obviously would suck to not have a second round pick we may not even need to give up #33 because we only gave the Buccaneers our fourth round pick to leapfrog the Rams for Justin Blackmon.
