The 2012 Browns were within a TD in three of their four losses starting out in 2012.


The 2012 Bills were 2-2 after four games. ???


 

... and we lost to the Raiders this year, in spite of them going through an even more extreme roster rebuild, and with no cap room to boot.


 

The Jags are historically bad. And our GM just traded our best player (plus an additional $2M) for a bag of beans.

 

Ok, so I might have been off on the exact -years- for some of those teams, but you missed the larger point - those teams had a pretty long success drought too. 

 

I also disagree with Monroe being our best player. I don't even think he was our best OLT. Now, I do agree that I was disappointed in the return on the trade & that the whole situation was mismanaged. Monroe probably should have instead been shopped at the draft weekend. .

 

Blackmon is IMO - clearly the best player we have.
