David err, Derek Carr is nowhere on Houston's entire draft board. I can almost promise you this. You'd be mistaken if you don't think the experience they had with David isn't going to reflect poorly on Derek to them. They won't select Derek if he fell to them in the 2nd/ 3rd/ 4th/ 5th/ 6th or even 7th round. Perhaps as an undrafted free agent they might bring him in as one of the 15 or so.
