No, you're on the right track. High catch point is his strength and it is pretty strong...but still a far cry from Alshon's ridiculousness in high pointing. Kelvin is poor on the gimme concentration catches (much like Blackmon), and he drops a lot on slants and going over the middle. So pretty strong high pointing, below average when he feels vulnerable to big hits, and oft lapses in concentration equals average to below average overall hands package is what I meant. 

 

I wouldn't argue with someone who comped him to Jeffery lite lite, but I don't think that is a top 8-10 WR or a top 60ish pick in this class. 

 

Also Jinjo I haven't been able to watch as much on him as I would like as DB.com only has 5 cutups of his. I have watched each of those twice though, as well as most every big FSU game on TV. Including the entire NC game on my DVR twice...and that might have been his worst game. So many drops.
